Culver`s in Okemos

Bloat burgers are tasty but never really satisfying. Its nit awful bit not really worth it

Great food every time! I love their grilled chicken sandwiches because they're not dried out or bland like most other places. I love their concrete mixers and crinkle fries too! Also, very friendly customer service!

It's a Culver's, good burger but one is the same as the next.

Who puts mayo instead of ketchup & mustard on a hamburger? Any burger I have had at Culver's has been very average. One plus...their onion rings are very good.

Sooo yea im not skinny.. And you should think that'd be fine if you come to Culvers right? Wrong. Ppl look and laugh. Dont be fat here, you'll get made fun of.

Our go to place after a baseball game or during a 3 hour rain delay.

Always hot food and great service! It is a little slower than McDs but your food is always hot which I appreciate.

Who wouldn't love the buttery seared beef Patty's with melting cheese. Know I do. That's the truth. lol

We love Culver's. It's a yummy quick serve restaurant. Since COVID started, they have refined their drive-thru to make it faster and more accurate. Try the root beer and the pork tenderloin sandwich combo with cheese curds! So good!

The only fast food I eat. Vanilla custard...must have.

The order was correct and the food was great. We enjoyed our time out on the patio.

My man nick at the counter was great. Very polite and assertive! He definitely cares about the customer and does it in a very humble manner! Culver’s overall is the best restaurant/fast food chain around! Thank you nick

What a great group of folks working at Culver’s, my late wife loved there food and now I still grab great food for my boys there. They always greet you with a smile and the price is fair when you don’t feel like cooking. There food reminds me of the burger places back in the day so if you want a taste of history go check out Culver’s cause not everything was bad back then.

I really enjoy the burgers at Culver's. Each restaurant has been clean and well kept. So far, every employee has been polite and professional. I can highly recommend the Okemos restaurant. 🍔🍟

We waited around 15 minutes to finally order, got up to the speaker at 6:00 pm . We have been waiting for two ice creams for 35 minutes . We had to get out to talk to two different people to check on our order just to wait another 10 minutes for someone to finally come out with out order . They did give us a free 2 scoop ice cream , i just feel like this is absurd. Our ice cream should have been free at this point . This has also happened more than one time except the last time they didn’t give us any coupon:

Drive thru was slow. Burgers and fries were good.

1. They forgot one whole meal of my order. 2. They did replace. 3. Gave me a gift card for my trouble. Problem being I live in Florida and its only good at the Okemos MI location. Place was packed and really expensive. Long wait to still have a order messed up.

One of things I can depend on when I visit a Culver's restaurant is the consistency of the food, customer service, and the cleanliness the restaurant. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Bacon Deluxe, built with everything plus extra onions. Once again, it was a great butter burger and the crinkle cut fries were fresh and hot. I added a double scope butter pecan custard, and grabbing a custard is never a bad move.

I was very disappointed. They forgot my bacon and when I went to the counter the cook said he put it on as if I was blind. I showed the cashier and she confirmed there wasnt any. My burger was so cold it didnt melt the cheese. The Holland Michigan location is awesome. Maybe they need to take notes from them.

It was my first time at any Culver's but I was extremely satisfied. I got the kids meal which ended up being plenty to eat. Very good food at a very good deal. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was glad my first time to a Culver's was at this location.

Food was good but they forgot to give me my chocolate malt!!

Their Burgers are huge & juicy & leave U full. Culver's Concrete mixer desserts R amazingly yummy.

Always the best shakes...get the peanut butter syrup in chocolate, so good!

Service and food were poor, 1/5 of our orders were correct , took a LONG time to get the food and they did not take the take-out number sign back in.

Awesome service and food. Hit the drive thru near closing time with a hungry family of 4. Workers were pleasant and extreme friendly in taking our order. Food came out fast and hot, and was delicious. Other places could learn a lot from this location!

Although we normally enjoy Culver's I was very disappointed with our visit to S. Okemos at I-96 location 12/12. Ordered two single mushroom Swiss meals and was somewhat shocked that each burger only had 2-3 mushroom slices on each burger. I would have done this on their survey site but they drive the questions and multiple question response choices

we called and asked if they were wearing masks and the lady on the phone said only one or two of them weren’t. none of them were wearing masks. i don’t feel safe getting food from here with all the employees breathing on the food

I love Culvers and I've been to all of them in the Greater Lansing area. This one, and the one on Marsh rd., are the most consistent and clean locations I've been to. This is the only fast food chain that I ever go to. They are efficient and detailed oriented.

Fish sandwich is great, burgers too. Everything is always made for you so not sitting under a warming light

Absolutely amazing! Service and food was the outstanding best I have had going out in ages! Would recommend 100% Fast and friendly to boot!

Drive through was well organized to move traffic through without fuss. Orders was properly picked and well prepared. Runners were hustling orders out, impressive!

Basically the only fast food place I'll eat at any more. Super yummy, I always get a snack pack box because it's cheaper and still usually has more food than I can eat. Also, the fish sandwich is *totally* worth it.
